Harassment & Bullying should be treated as a serious offence by Langara College. Any kind of Harassment or Bullying including physical, social, verbal or cyberbullying cannot be tolerated. Victim must reach to related department if they are being harassed or bullied. Others have to speak up against it and stand with the victim by giving support and report what they had seen and work together with Student Union to grow awareness about harassment and bullying.
Cyberbullying increased rapidly within era of social media. So victim must save the messages as evidence and report the offender to the social media platforms. Make sure not to reply the messages of offender and stay calm in any situation.
I have been active on social media since past few months and I have reported many of the users for their explicit content and inappropriate comments on other users. So don’t be quiet but become a part of change.
